Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware, Inc. (ICHDE) is excited to announce our new partnership with ChristianaCare. Together, we aim to make a positive impact on the well-being of our community by providing essential health services. Starting in June, the ChristianaCare mobile health services van will be visiting ICHDE on the last Tuesday of every month, offering a wide range of health services to our community. Some of the services available include primary care, women's health services, sports physicals, wellness checks, acute visits, vaccines, and screenings.
Through this partnership, we hope to enhance awareness and access to these crucial screenings and services by bringing these services right to our doorstop, literally! The ChristianaCare mobile health services van will be parked in the Interfaith parking lot at 613 Washington St. from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The van features two state-of-the-art full examination suites and is staffed by ChristianaCare providers.
Remember to mark your calendars for the last Tuesday of every month and take advantage of the valuable health services offered by ChristianaCare mobile health services van at ICHDE!
