She has been a dedicated employee for Interfaith Community Housing of Delaware for thirty-five years.
Ms. Caren is responsible for many groundbreaking projects and programs established within the West Center City Community and surrounding neighborhoods. She has worked tirelessly with other community partners to advocate, provide resources, and address the needs of the community holistically.
