ICHDE is one of Delaware’s largest non-profit affordable housing developer with over 50 years
of experience and over 1,500 newly developed affordable housing units in its
successful history. ICHDE has collaborated with the City and Wilmington and with New
Castle County for over two decades and in partnership have renovated and/or
developed over 100 affordable housing units.
The real estate development line of business primarily targets low- and moderate-income families aiming to improve community stability and quality of life through increased affordable, safe, and sustainable housing. ICHDE's development activities includes the revitalization and rehabilitation of existing properties and development of new units of affordable housing across Delaware.

9th St. Trinity Vicinity, Wilmington, DE
The 9th Street Trinity Vicinity Project consists of three (3) newly constructed townhomes. Each two-story home will have three (3) bedrooms, two and a half (2.5) baths and approximately 1578 sq ft of living space. The homes will be sold to first-time homebuyers at 80% of Area Median income (AMI). Stay tuned for when these beautiful homes hit the market!
