ICHDE’s Asset Management program is fundamental to our mission to provide safe and sustainable housing for low- to moderate-income families.

Currently, ICHDE owns 314 affordable housing rental units in Delaware with property locations in Wilmington, New Castle, and Milford.

• ICHDE owns seven rental properties with a focus on low- to moderate-income tenants
• ICHDE currently manages six of our seven multifamily rental properties
  Our property portfolio includes a community for residents aged 62 and up
