This November marks a very special milestone for us: the 20th anniversary of the ICHDE HomeOwnership Center (HOC), first chartered by NeighborWorks America in November 2005.

The ICHDE and HOC teams are thrilled to bring together our key supporters and donors with the very families whose lives our funders and supporters have transformed. During the evening, HOC clients will share their first-hand stories: a living history of the impact your support has made over the past two decades.

Our funders’ and supporters’ generosity has been essential to the HOC’s mission of empowering individuals and families to achieve homeownership, build financial stability, and strengthen our community. This anniversary celebrates the community and the difference our funders and supporters have empowered us to make in thousands of families’ lives.
